Favorite Food Moment: When I was able to recreate sauerbraten fro my mother in law. It was her mother's original recipe and my m.i.l. hasn't had it in 20 years. She was so happy. I loved that I was able to do that for her.

Favorite Chef: CEC Peter Lehr. He is the best and is a walking encyclopedia of culinary knowledge.
