ABOUT ME
Hmmm my name is Christian. Im currently a culinary student and aspiring chef. I want to show the art behind food in the way I present it. I want to use only the freshest seasonal ingredients and put all my love into any dish I create. Most of my food college comes from my mother. I watched her in the kitchen as a child. Learning all the smells and taste of southern cuisine. I love the essence of food and it what it does for people. Food is not only to survive, but it's also the medium that connects us all.
