Bake/Cook Frequency: Only on weekends

Baking/Cooking Training: My mother and father and grandmother all taught me everything I know. My dad is Italian and worked in Meat all of his life. My grandma worked in restaurants and she and my mom are amazing cooks.

Favorite Food: Fettuccini Alfredo, Coconut Chicken. Pizza and junk food, I'm a college kid.

Favorite Food Moment: Whenever I successfully decorate a cake or prepare a meal that the whole family enjoys and complements. I found one recipe in a magazine and altered it before making it and my dad just kept saying how good it was and what a good meal it was. Gave me warm fuzzies. :)

Favorite Cooking Word: Mangia! Mangia! Italian for Eat! Eat! While you're young. My grandparents say that a lot.

Favoriate Restaurant: The Villa, random places in Mexico, Olive Garden, Asian Buffet, The Coffee House, Sam's Bistro, Lipka's, The Favor Cafe

Favorite Chef: Food Network Challenge/Competitions chefs

In My Town Try: The Villa, Sam's Bistro, The Favor Cafe, and Lipka's.

Interests: Cooking, baking, reading, knitting, learning new recipes, Medicine, Psychology, Vampires, anything morbid or scary or gross. I seemed pretty normal up until that last bit didn't I?

Languages: English and highschool Mexican

Books: Christopher Pike, Christopher Moore, Stephen King, Augusten Burroughs, David Sedaris, V.C. Andrews, The Midnight Club, A Whisper of Blood, Sherlock Holmes.

Music: Rock -classic, hard even a little punk. Oldies, Bob Seger, Carly Simon, Pink Floyd, Eric Clapton, Jim Croce, Savage Garden, Good Charlotte, All-American Rejects. etc

TV/Movies: Family Guy, SNL, The Simpson's, Family Guy, King of the Hill, American Dad, Robot Chicken, 3rd Rock from the Sun. Bad, low-budget scary movies, real horror, comedy, chick-flicks, musicals, Tim Burton movies etc

Travel: Puerto Vallarta Mexico is my favorite, and I really want to travel more, hopefully Tahiti in the future!
