Hello! I am The Bipolar Cook! My name is Brian, I live in Southern California. I have been cooking for over 20 years, both professionally and casually. I have recently returned to the kitchen, working on a food blog, and using Culinary Arts to manage and deal with my BPD. I am happily involved with my wonderful girlfriend for almost 4 years now, we have a wonderful Doxie named Burger! I love to share my food and a laugh or two as well!

Favorite Food: I have too many favorite foods to list, but Chicken Scarpariello, Caponata and almost any food Sicilian, Italian or Thai!

Favorite Food Moment: Anytime someone stops by for dinner and I am able to make them smile by presenting them with a plate of food that leaves them happy and satisfied!

Favoriate Restaurant: Anthony's Runway 84, Capitol Grill, Burns Steak House, Dominic's in The Bronx

Favorite Chef: My Mother, Bobby Flay, Cat Cora, Emeril

In My Town Try: Driving as fast as you can to L.A. for authentic chineese food.

Interests: Sports, Cooking, Movies, Music, Reading, History

Languages: English, Spanish, Italian, some Portuguese & Danish

Books: Game of Thrones

Music: Tool, A Perfect Circle, Deftones, Marley, All Reggae, Hard Rock, Alternative Rock, Some Dubstep

TV/Movies: I have a huge collection, some of my favorites are The Godfather, Big Lebowski, Fargo, Pulp Fiction

Travel: I have been in many countries, some of my favorite places are Costa Rica, Brazil, Jamaica
