Want to Learn How: Oops, I think I just said that, but pretty much I just want to LEARN. I love trying out new recipes and seeing what I can do to put my own spin on things.

Bake/Cook Frequency: Every day

Baking/Cooking Training: Various cake decorating classes as well as special occasion decorating classes. I also have patient and willing to try new creation family members and friends. :o)

Favorite Food: I LOVE a nice HOT brownie with hot fudge and ice cream. Also, cheesecake. That's when I'm feeling extra bad though!

Favorite Food Moment: A few years ago I tried making an angel food cake for my mom's birthday from scratch, but we decided to use carton egg whites, instead of just seperating the egg...not sure why...but hey. The batter did NOT become stiff and this being my first experience with that kind of pan, poured in the runny batter which proceeded to leak ALL over the bottom of the oven creating a very lovely mess and burnt smell. Then I went to the store a bought a box mix and got mad at how unbelievably easy they make it. Lol

Favorite Cooking Word: Varies...... I'd love to learn some new ones though!!

Favoriate Restaurant: I don't eat pasta, but I often cook it for my husband. We both LOVE Italian food, so Johnny Carino's is up there. We also LOVE TGI Friday's Right Price, Right Portion meals.
