I am a French chef, but I am looking for new ways to implement other styles of cooking, to give my dishes a more unique flare. Right now I am studying in a trade school, and I am always looking for new recipes to try out. Traveling around, looking for places to get a better understanding of cuisine, eating at restaurants and figuring out what they are doing right, those are all the things I love. And, because of that, things can get a little expensive.
