ABOUT ME
I live in a small suburb outside of Dallas, TX. I have been married to the love of my life, Charles, for 5 years! My husband loves to eat and I love to cook, so we are a match made in heaven! :D I am a teacher, so I am really taking advantage of this time during summer to bake and cook! We have 2 cats who are like our children since we don't have kids yet. I Graduated from college with a degree in Child Development and Administration- I one day hope to open my own in-home preschool; but for now I am teaching full-time at a private Christian school with preschoolers! I love kids and working with them! They are God's gift and blessing to us! Of course, I love to cook/ bake and got this love and any talent that I may have from my mom, who is quite possibly the BEST cook in the world...She also was a professional cake decorator (although I call her an artist)...My fave foods are authentic Tex-Mex and comfort food in addition to cookies, cupcakes, cheesecake, chocolate and on and on!
