I am an avid home cook, first spurred on by moving to NYC after college. I bought Mark Bittman's How to Cook Everything Vegetarian and began cooking at least three recipes every week. I began to post my progress in photos on Facebook, and do to this day! I enjoy cooking meals for my boyfriend and friends, as well as baking bread, pickling, baking pies, and pretty much trying anything new I can in the kitchen. I recently relocated from NYC to Connecticut and am exploring my food options out here! I enjoy trying new types of cuisine and am a craft beer enthusiast. And I drink my coffee black.
