Hello, My name is Angela and I'm from Ohio, USA. I've always been a person who needs to be creating something, so food has been a great outlet for me. I own a business making gluten free decorated cookies and other goodies. We got into this because my son and other family members can't tolerate gluten. They were so limited on what they could eat and I wanted others as well as my family, to not to have to give up the things they love. It is a constant, hey lets try this or that at our house.
