Greetings from the BellyButton State! I have been a driver for 9 years, but have been lucky enough to join a fleet that gets me home every weekend to work on my passion....baking, Cupcakes especially. I have collected recipes for many years from all over the USA and love to experiment with recipes to make them more time efficient, healthy and maybe with a new twist by using an unusual "secret" ingredient that makes the dish POP.
