Baking/Cooking Training: None. Just watch Food Network & Cooking channel all the time, and have been reading cookbooks. I love America's Test Kitchen. <3
Favorite Food: I find that impossible to answer...I could go on and on. Non-desserts I'd say any seafood, sushi, yucca fries with bernaise sauce, and good pancakes. Dessert I love cannolis, cheesecake, flourless chocolate cake, crepes, brownies, and coffee crumb cake.
Favorite Food Moment: Eating in NYC with my boyfriend is always a favorite food moment, especially when it's at our favorite restaurant.
Favorite Cooking Word: Eat. Oh, that doesn't count? Um...flambe?

Interests: Traveling, dining out, baking, reading food blogs, watching way too many food shows on tv, reading cookbooks, working out, and traveling again. I love going new places, living from a suitcase in different hotel rooms. I wish I could do that forever.
Books: Baking Illustrated, Omnivore's Dilemma, The Art of Eating, Angela's Ashes, 'Tis, Teacher Man (love Frank McCourt).
Music: KT Tunstall, Norah Jones, The Beatles, The Band, Frank Sinatra, Regina Spektor, classic rock and music from 50's, 60's and 70's. Lots of bits and pieces all over the place.
TV/Movies: Cupcake Wars, Hell's Kitchen, Kitchen Nightmares, The French Chef, Chopped, Throwdown with Bobby Flay, The Rachael Ray Show, Barefoot Contessa, American Idol, 30 Rock, The Office, Storage Wars. Yeah, can I just say I'm done now?
Travel: LOVE to travel. NYC is my favorite place in the world, but I also love going to Florida and Maine.
