Bake/Cook Frequency: Every day
Baking/Cooking Training: My mother died when I was 10 years old so I am self taught when it comes to baking and cooking. I did learn alot from books and trial and error.
Favorite Food: Some of my favorite food is a toss up between Italian and Mexican and I love to make both.
Favorite Food Moment: Seeing my friends faces when they taste one of my original recipes.
Favoriate Restaurant: Alfredo's Mexican and Delores Del Rio's in San Antonio (Italian)
Favorite Chef: Rachel Ray
Interests: I love to work with my horses and ride them. I also love to go fishing and then cook what we catch. My garden and my flowers are how I relax in the spring and summer.

Music: I love all kinds of music but I am especially fond of Oldies and Country Western
TV/Movies: One of my favorite movies is the Lonesome Dove series and as far as TV goes, I watch cooking shows and crafting shows.
Travel: I have traveled to Germany and Spain where I tasted almost everything they had!!!! I also love to travel in the United States and plan on going to Virginia in the Spring to see my grand-daughters and maybe to Nebraska to see my son.
ABOUT ME
I have been cooking since I was very young and have been teaching young children the joys of cooking but especially eating what you cook. My oldest grand-daughter loves to help me any time I cook and is learning as she goes. I live on a ranch in Texas and spend my time raising my 10 horses, hunting, fishing, and flower and vegetable gardening. We usually have alot of people almost every weekend who can't wait to see what I have made for them. Making up recipes as I go is what I am all about.
