My name is Mitch. I am currently a new member to this site; just happen to discover it. Currently, I cook at a very high volume restaurant full time. I have a strong culinary background; (AAS). Last year, I went back to school to earn my baking certificate and I loved it. I still need to sharpen my skills in baking. I would say I am more on the intermediate level. There is so much to learn and I love it because its much more of a challenge. Since fall is coming, I will be baking more. With my busy schedule, I thought I am going to invest my time and money giving myself baking experience at home because eventually I want to become a pastry chef.
