Movie Trivia:The "Waitress" crew included three so-called "pie wranglers" whose primary job was to roll out crusts, slice fruit and whip heavy cream. Over the 20-day shoot, says chief pie wrangler Erin Eagleton, the crew learned to improvise, using frozen dough and a blow-torch to give each pie a golden top.

I can't wait to see the movie. I love Becky as Larry David's wife! The movie must be good too. My life inspired pie recipe, my hubby is Australian and he means the world to me and this is my pie for him... Aussie Pie It has no crust as he is crusty enough No lemons or limes he is sour too Vegimite meringue should be enough fluff on top of Kangaroo stew

Loved the movie, and loved Becky and all the waitresses. I think Becky looks like "Martha" in "The Grinch" movie!! My dream pie is: "I shouldn't be eating this pie" Pie!... filled with coconut, melted white chocolate, chocolate pudding, crushed almonds, and topped with whipped cream blended with sweetened condensed milk! Love, Cupcakes

He chose someone else pie: Take 6 bananas and wack off the ends with a sharp knife (you know, the part that was attached to the tree?). Rip of the peels. Mash a few times or until you start to cry. Take 8 oz of smooth fragrent cream and waste it on a cold hard bowl, then whip it to a frenzy. Do it by hand to allow for extra crying time. Add 1/4 cup powdered sugar. When your arm is tired, before the stuff has fallen into ugly pieces, mix and pour into the crust. Grind some cinnamon stick and dust with a hint of hope - cinnamon sugar.

The "Finish It Off" pie - that's for those days you are cleaning out the frig or your cupboards or the liquor cabinet - and need to "finish off" that little bit left so you can clean up! You know, finish off that half-bottle of Merlot; the bit of Kahlua from the party; the Scotch and then, the Vodka (that new flavor, cinnamon). Now that that's done - those berries, the french fries still in the McD's bag from last night and oh... a slice of that red velvet cake...sour cream icing and all! AAaaaaahhhhh! Cleaning CAN be a wondrous thang! LOL...

TOTALLY PMS'ing pie - Freeze an oreo crust, soften your favorite ice cream and then put scoops (about 4) into the pie shell. Spread out evenly. Top with hot fudge (or butterscotch...or both!) Then, I like to sprinkle my favorite candies on top - like: red hots, sno-caps, and dark chocolate covered espresso beans!! I refreeze for that mid-night, PMS emergency sugar fix!!

Welcome to MY Neck of the Woods pie - this is actually a pie I give to new neighbors. Its a strawberry rhubarb pie topped with vanilla whipped cream and a sprinkle of nuts. Lets them know that the neighborhood has a bit of zip and a few nuts! LOL...

"Don't Expect ME to Cook Tonight" pies - First, the dinner pie - easy for HIM to create. A pie shell filled with cooked (and drained) burger; mashed potatoes; a can of cream of chicken soup and a can (drained) of sweet peas. Mix well, sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and bak for 20 minutes until cheese bubbles. "Hi, honey. I'm home!" Now for the dessert pie - he loves this one. Chocolate pudding (cooled) toss in some cinnamon; some chocolate chip and some white chocolate chips. Set into a graham cracker crust and top with whipped topping and sprinkles (sugar or candy). Voila! Look at the dinner I made for you, baby!

My Pie is called: 'The Baby-boy Blues Pie' Ingredients - Pie Crust, Cheesecake filling, Blueberry preserves and some fresh blueberries. Layer the cheesecake with the preserves in the middle, top with another cheesecake layer and then press the fresh blueberries on top. Cover with top crust and bake until done. Write on the top before serving - "It's a Girl!" It's a pie filled with Irony. :P Dedicated to the unexpected surprise of a baby boy when you've prepared everything for a girl. Argh. :)

My pie would be called "Give Me Your Best Shot Pie" I take whatever life throws at me and try to make it palatable. I have had a lot of bad things thrown at me, but I still manage to enjoy every day to the fullest! My pie would have some nice sunny juicy peaches in it, and a shot of Grand Marnier just to make everyone a little happier, ha ha.

"She wants half of what pie".... take a chocolate crust and fill it with cherries and cherry pie filling. Then cut it down the middle and take out one side. Give that to your wife/husband & watch them eat it (it will be the last you'll see if your half.) Then watch as the other half (yours) slowly pour out of the pan. As soon as it settles scoop out the filling that has fallen out.. there.. that's your pie & all you're left with.
