I love to cook. I love to talk about food. Read about food. I collect cookbooks, new or used. My hubby, dog, friends, and family are what life are all about--oh, and food! I get bored easily and love to try new things. I am obsessed with Indian spices. Cardamom---omg! Spicy food is wonderful. It must be balanced, though. Too hot and all I concentrate on is the heat. I love cocktail hour! Is is 5:00 yet? ha! The whole dining experience is a beautiful thing to me. Food, wine, friends....it doesn't get better than that. ;-)
