Baking/Cooking Training: I wish I could cook every day but I’m in the military and on a sustenance allowance which doesn’t allow me to cook all the time. Plus I’m in Fairbanks Alaska right now and the produce isn’t very fresh.

Interests: I loveeeeee love loveeee pastries. I’m looking forward to starting culinary school in about a year. I have an urge to learn how to use savory spices on some of my favorite sweet concoctions. I was born in the Dominican Republic and love island flavors. I enjoy cooking with fruits and making deserts out of root vegetables. It sound funky but it’s really good. I’m here to share some of my recipes and try some of yours. A buen probecho!
