Along with my sweet husband, raised two boys, who've both launched out on their own in the last few years, so we are now "empty nesters". Learning to cook all new food in all new ways (and smaller amounts) The oldest one lives out of state. Thankfully, the youngest one, (who's going to college at U of AL. just across town) usually pays his folks a mercy visit on Sunday. (and of course, to get a good hot meal) ;-)
