I was so excited to hear that Carole was a member of Bake Space. I had the opportunity to meet her in Orlando at the 2006 Pillsbury Bake-off and just think the world of her! Not only is she a talented cook, but one of the nicest people I know! |

Carole is my very good friend that I met at Contest Cooking Central on line, and in person at the Pillsbury Bake Off in 2006. She is an excellent cook, and I look forward to trying some of her recipes! |
