ABOUT ME
I am half british half french. Many people say the french side tends to take over at times especially when it comes to eating and drinking! I love cooking not just for the big occasion but on a regular basis making every meal a little extra special whether it be adding that little bit of tingly vinaigrette to a seemingly useless side salad, flavouring my mayonnaise with harissa or garlic/corriander for my regular lunch sandwich or dusting my pork with a hint of paprika before I serve. it's the little things. Of course I love to go the extra mile and cook a whole 3 course meal paying attention to every detail using both personal taste and hints from my mentors (various chefs scattered around europe!) :-)
