I began cooking when I was younger, but was always a bit hesitant to try anything new. It wasn't until I met my best friend that I learned some important skills in learning to cook, such as: 1) Don't be afraid to toss a dish if it tastes bad and start over 2) Spices are amazing and fun to work with 3) Wine enhances just about everything Since then, I've been exploring the culinary world with a zest for flavor and a strong leaning towards healthier dishes (pre-programmed thought process left over from Weight Watchers).
