I am a wife and mother of a 2 1/2 year old son and newborn daughter. Professionally, I am the Chef and Vice President of Operations for our company, Baker's Edge (www.bakersedge.com). We have developed the revolutionary Edge Brownie Pan - which is the first and only baking pan for edge lovers. I devote most of my time to product testing, taste testing, and the development of new recipes for the Baker’s Edge product line (which will be expanding in 2008! Woo Hoo!). In addition to my recipes, I develop content for the company's website’s FAQ page and shares my baking tips with online visitors. I earned my culinary degree at the prestigious Sullivan University, where I graduated Magna Cum Laude, and I have worked with renowned Chefs in several states. I have won such awards as “Best Italian Dessert in Indianapolis” and have been featured in several publications, including Indianapolis Monthly, Indianapolis Woman, Dine Magazine and the Indianapolis Business Journal.
