Cooker or Caker: Both
Bake/Cook Frequency: 1-5 times a week
Baking/Cooking Training: Taught self. Reading Internet, cookbooks, cooking shows. My grandfather was a Chef, so I guess it runs in my genes.
Favorite Food: Mexican food, with Italian right behind. Also enjoy Thai now and again.
Favorite Cooking Word: I made my own motto: "Food is the picture of 1000 words"..chef randall
Favoriate Restaurant: Good Wood...they smoke their meats, really good and tasty.
When I was a kid it was The Red Onion and Charlie Browns..over in California. But we don';t have them here in Idaho.
Interests: Gardening and Cooking, taking pictures.
Languages: English and Spanish
Music: I like music out of the 70s. Right now though I enjoy Train
TV/Movies: Big Bang Theory, Law and Order
Travel: I lived in Mexico 5 years. I also have been to Victoria Canada.
