I'm a healthy organic cooker married to man who loves carbs and fast food. =) The answer? Hide the veggies! Its something that mom tried desperately to do with me, but unfortunately I was either too strong willed or too set in my ways to change. The Pampered Chef Chopper is my secret weapon! Without this fabulous tool most of the veggie hiding would not be possible. =) This year we are expanding the herb garden to include flowers and full assortment of veggies! We are on the Dave Ramsey "gazelle" program. 2010 is the "Just Do It" year in our home!
