ABOUT ME

I am 31 years old and live in Virginia. I am a former teacher and children's pastor. Way back in the day, I worked at a donut shop and bakery, decorating and filling all sorts of desserts. I've also worked at a banquet and reception hall for several years. Being Italian, I love being in the kitchen, the heart of the home and the greatest conversation. I am currently working in Higher Education, but I have a passion to learn more about cupcakes and bakery shop ownership and production. I am actively seeking mentors in these areas and networking relationships.
