ABOUT ME
Hi everyone. My name is Carolyn. I'm a mother of two small tots and I also work full time outside the home. I'm also a passionate home cook. My husband and I love cooking and sharing food with family and friends. My idea of a relaxing time is curling up with a good cookbook and a glass of red wine. I'm much more of a cooker than baker--recently tried to bake homemade challah but met with failure. My mother is Mexican and my father Anglo so I draw inspiration from both sides of the border. I have a particular love for zesty Mexican and Southern recipes. Although these are my two favorite cuisines, I adore Middle Eastern, Greek, and Vietnamese food.
