ABOUT ME
About me.... well, I have 3 kids and 3 grandchildren. I am recently divorced after many years of marriage and creating a brand new, fun and happy beginning. Baking/cooking, creating new recipes and cakes and writing novels, of different types, is one of my biggest stress relievers. I love to be creative and use all resources of my imagination. These hobbies allow me that luxuryand to retrieve to a private place I make my own. I am the 5th generation restaurant owner in my family. All homemade food and desserts everyone talks about. I have taken a short break from the very long hours, to explore a career in Education. I enjoy the work very much, but I get the "baking bug" and need to get back to my "roots!" :-)
