Interests: Besides the obvious, cooking and especially baking, I enjoy reading and travelling. For almost a year now I have been publishing a food blog called Cream Puffs in Venice (http://www.creampuffsinvenice.ca) and it's been an incredible experience. This past spring I also began pursuing a Bakery Arts certificate from George Brown Culinary School, on a a part-time basis. I'm an avid hockey fan, enjoy spending a lot of time with my large family and am hoping to one day have a cookbook of my own!
