Bake/Cook Frequency: Every day

Baking/Cooking Training: can do anything with a salmon. Even make 'caviar' out of the salmon eggs.

Favorite Food: avocados, fruit, chanterelles, lentils. I could eat Japanese everyday and anything hot, the hotter the better ( make your lips burn hot)

Favorite Food Moment: favorite food moments, would be cooking with my son coming up with good brines and eating mushrooms.

Favorite Chef: Martha Stewart and Jamie Oliver who is the best naked chef ever.

In My Town Try: Pike Place Market

Interests: living healthy taking care of body and mind container gardening photography pilates, walking, hiking of course baking and cooking, learning new recipes.

Books: lots of books, I love to read everything. magazines like The Herb Companion, recipe books and mostly books like Dostoyevsky's. Highly enjoy all of Highsmith's Talented Mr Ripley series.
