I enjoy music, nature, taking photos of nature, staying healthy and learning about gathering and growing my own foods being as self sufficient as possible when it comes to cooking and baking the main thing would be no margarine, really no fake foods and keeping everything fresh and local Any other fishetarians? this is not a vegetarian - I eat local fish and seafood which we catch or gather ourselves. If you are one yourself it would be nice to connect with you or like minded people.. I just started a blog on blogger mostly on foraging through the seasons. It's called A Basket Full. But haven't really been into it will wait until the seasons change.

Occupation: self employed seasonal and mommy to 1 boy

Cooker or Caker: Cooker

Bake/Cook Frequency: Every day

Baking/Cooking Training: can do anything with a salmon. Even make 'caviar' out of the salmon eggs.

Favorite Food: avocados, fruit, chanterelles, lentils. I could eat Japanese everyday and anything hot, the hotter the better (burn your lips off hot)

Favorite Food Moment: favorite food moments, would be cooking with my son coming up with good brines and eating mushrooms.

Favorite Chef: Martha Stewart and Jamie Oliver who is the best naked chef ever.

In My Town Try: Pike Place Market

Interests: living healthy taking care of body and mind container gardening photography Yoga,pilates, walking, hiking of course baking and cooking, learning new recipes.

Books: lots of books, I love to read everything. magazines like The Herb Companion, recipe books and mostly books like Dostoyevsky's. Highly enjoy all of Highsmith's Talented Mr Ripley series.

Music: This list would be long, lets just say everything I do I do with music playing. Music means a lot to me. two long time favorites would be the band Floater, and the amazing Tori Amos who I'm going to finally go see in concert on July 10 ♥ PJ Harvey Kings of Leon Leonard Cohen

Travel: I would love too and plan too travel out of the country. Have traveled and lived all around the Coast.
