ABOUT ME
I finally found job that allows me to talk about food (something I really love to do) and work with people while not sitting behind a desk or working the crappy hours of a chef. I don't cook nearly as often as I would like, and have a terribly small kitchen that has no counterspace with the exception of what we have added to it (a bakers rack and a portable dish washer). Food wise, I will try anything twice (unless it has shellfish in it due to allergies) and am always on the lookout for unique and fabulous ideas.
