ABOUT ME
I am a mom, wife, personal chef, food-lover and writer. I write fiction and non-fiction and create recipes for all types of food. My current personal chef job entails working with a home health care group to provide healthy, nutritional meals to patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries. I design menus based upon their specific dietary/health needs. My 9-to-5 job is as a circuit court filing clerk!!! I have two rescue dogs (pit bull and coonhound); ball pythons; fish; and rats.
