ABOUT ME
I am a mom, wife, personal chef, food-lover and writer. I write fiction and non-fiction and create recipes for all types of food. My current personal chef job entails working with a home health care group to provide healthy, nutritional meals to patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries. I design menus based upon their specific dietary/health needs. My 9-to-5 job is as a circuit court courtroom clerk!!! I have one rescue dog (pit bull); ball pythons; and two rescued cats (black pixie bobs). Oh yeah, my husband of 18 years and a seventeen-year-old mohawking, paintballing, haunted house scaring son!!!! :invisible: :-)
