Hi I'm a very young 50 plus. I've been lucky enough to travel the world and broaden my food horizons. I'm totally passionate about the food I cook and eat and believe in eating local seasonal ingredients when possible. I'm an avid carnivore but adhere to the philosophy that if you eat a meal containing meat, ask yourself whether the meal justified the death of an animal. I owned my own GastroPub for 8 years and gained numerous awards and accolades for my simple no frills approach to good dining. I'm always looking to share my recipes and eating experiences with anyone willing to offer the time to listen. Remember life id too short to ever drink a bottle of bad wine.
