Dear friends Glad to meet you in "BAKE SPACE". I come from a small country called Singapore. I am working full time in a Transportation industry. I was "bitten" by the "baking bug" about 6 months ago and couldn't get my mind and hands off baking since then. I am a greenhorn to baking and hoping to learn from those with the same passion and exchanging notes from the little things that I know. I love to see the cakes and bread rise in the oven, and the satisfaction on the family members' and friends'faces when they enjoyed the cakes/breads. Their acknowlegement have given me great confidence and energy to continue this passion. Of course, I need them to be my "guinea pigs"....
