:D my aim, if you have seen my recipes is to cook and bake healthier,dishes that are low on fat,sugar and salt but NOT low on flavour, and Iam able to acomplish this and keep the weight off with out the sacrifice..I like to add a pic after Ive created my recipe, looking forward to sharing and meeting other foodies like you. ;-) p.s I just love my crockpot and the convenience it offers me..... :cool: I also make muffins all the time, I can practically make them blindfolded..lol..My friends call me the muffin lady.
