Artist, illustrator, painter, stencil, silkscreen and collage maker, dream chaser, mastermind. I kind of obsess about diet and exercise and I'm always on some diet and/or exercise program. Usually both. But food is one of my most favoritest things about being alive. So I come up with amazing recipes that FIT my diets. And then other times I cheat. With no regrets. ;)

Favorite Food Moment: the first time i had ny pizza. truly changed my life. i suddenly felt at once grateful and sad for those people in every other city of earth who couldn't have ny pizza whenever they wanted...or perhaps gasp didn't even know what they were missing.

Favorite Cooking Word: herb-encrusted

Favoriate Restaurant: SEA in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. It's not the best food in the entire world, but the combo of food, price, and atmosphere makes it perfect to me.

Favorite Chef: Jaime

In My Town Try: SEA, the Roebling Tea Room, Sezz Medi and all the restaurants I've given 4-5 stars to in my reviews. Yelp profile given on request. :)
