Baking/Cooking Training: A modicum of formal training, but primarily self-taught. I fell in love with cooking when my mother went back to school (I was about 10 years old) and I took over most of the cooking in our household. I've been experimenting in the kitchen ever since!
Favorite Food Moment: The first and last bites. I try to leave a perfect bite at the end of a meal that I want to stay with me.
