Interests: I'm a bread and butter kinda girl. There's something truly satisfying and soothing in the simple meals--the roasted potatoes, the eggs on home-made toast, a solid pasta sauce. Nothing tickles me more than coming across a new recipe that would be good any night of the week and still dresses up fancy for company. I like making schmancy meals with all the bells and whistles every now and again, but it's the simple ones I'll always come back to.
