enzymatic Profile

I immigrated to the US from South Africa over 20 years ago. Disappointed by the food I found in most restaurants, I started cooking. I like to keep it simple. Since there is so much out there, I have decided to share only the things that have worked really well for me. I have a wonderful curry recipe passed down from my mom, that I have developed and I prepare South African delicacies well. For the most part though, I just like talking to people about food. I am also interested in spreading the word about CSA's; co-ops that farm and sell local ingredients and promote sustainability.
