ABOUT ME
I'm Fan Majie and I live in the Netherlands. My love for cooking and coffee seems to be inherited from my maternal grandmother. She was known for her whole meal soups, like the traditional Dutch peasoup. She never had the opportunity to go abroad and learn about foreign food. I did spent some time in China and Japan, travelled to Morocco, United Kingdom etc. Even spent a few days in New York once. So for me basically everything goes and I'm fascinated by foods I have not been exposed to yet.
