Interests: I love foods with high flavor, texture, and color. I believe eating should be a sensual experience and that dinners are made to be lingered over, food to be touched, smelled, tasted. I'll try anything once, except pork (it makes me sick). My husband cant have milk products, cashews, tea.. so i have to adapt most recipes and also is why i stick to foods from the middle east, india, africa and parts of the orient.
