Cooker or Caker: Both

Bake/Cook Frequency: 1-5 times a week

Baking/Cooking Training: 2 years of Culinary Arts school; cooking/baking at home

Favorite Food: Sushi, Portobello Mushrooms, Chocolate, a good cup of coffee

Favorite Food Moment: I don't have one favorite moment, but I do enjoy when I make something and it turns out better than I expected. I also enjoy finding new restaurants & being able to tell others about it.

Favoriate Restaurant: Swankey Bubbles in Philly Pa - great drinks (if you like champagne drinks) & great atmosphere, the food is pretty good too.

Interests: Learning about wine, traveling when I can, photography (I want to take some classes), and of course cooking & baking

Languages: English & I can read a little Hebrew & French

Books: Anything by Jane Green or authors in that genre, I also enjoy the Harry Potter series.

Music: I'll listen to almost anything except hardcore rap & old school country (the real "twangy" stuff) :)

Travel: I love traveling (anywhere really) but have loved going to Europe & love going to New England to visit friends. I want to see more of the US & the rest of the world someday.
