When I first joined Bakespace, I weighed 275lbs. I drank too much and I ate too much. Two years ago, I made a change. I run 6 days a week, I lost 80+lbs (and I'm still going). I've run several races and I just ran my first marathon (Sept 09). I'm in the best shape of my life. I love to run and I love the benefits I get from it! I still love to eat and drink, but now I have control of myself and I'm a happier man for it!
