I cook mostly for myself, so simplicity and speed are important. I eat organic as much as I can, and I love Mexican and Japanese food. I don't eat red meat, pork, or chicken, but I love fish, veggies. That said, I want to cook more for my friends, because now that I have a house, I plan to do more entertaining. So I am interested in recipes for meats, and also in BBQ suggestions. In my world, there is no such thing as "too much garlic," but I don't put it in everything. Soup is always welcome, and I love good breads and pastas.
