Interests: We have two grown children and a beautiful one year old grandson that I have the privilege of taking care of twice a week!!! Soon to add another new person to our family, a son-in-law in Sept. of 2008! :)
I've worked for Weight Watchers for over 12 years and enjoy recreating some of my older recipes into healthier versions without losing the flavor.
I enjoy cooking and creating "new" recipes. Love the challenge of using what's on hand (leftovers,etc) to whip up a new and tasty meal.
I'm not great when it comes to baking, though enjoy it.
