I love baking, especially chocolate chip cookies and cakes using fresh fruit. I also like to cook traditional roast dinners, hearty soups and italian food. My mother brought me up not to trust any food out of a packet. my partner ispart Jewish, part Italian and all lactose intolerant. these factors influence my cooking a lot. For some reason people assume I'm vegetarian. Nothing could be further from the truth. I am a teaching assistant and improv actor.
