ABOUT ME
I will admit it, I am a Husker fan. I live in Topeka, KS and have been here 5 years. I miss the bigger city of Omaha, NE where I lived until I moved here. In the past couple of years I have really gotten into cooking and baking. I really love to bake more than anything. I love to try new recipes and read about almost anything that has to do with food. For awhile now, I have become increasingly interested in healthy baking and cooking and am always looking for recipes that are healthy or that I can change to be healthy. I am also always open to dessert because I truly believe that everything is acceptable in moderation.
