I'm "Papa" to two children, ages four and six. By day, we are learning are way around the kitchen, doing bug hunts in the park, making funny faces and enjoying life. I blog at PapaDuty.com (AKA HighestFormOfLiving.com). For R&R, I'm a beginning photographer. By night, I help people in our community. With the help and encouragement of friends, I'm learning how to cook for my kids, so we all can have a healthier life. I have found cooking to be a lot of fun and neat time for us together (from menu planning, to shopping, to taking that first bite).
