Favorite Chef: My husband, who took Chinese cooking lessons for three years, is my favorite amateur chef. :-) My favorite pro is Alton Brown.

ABOUT ME
I was helping my mom in the kitchen before I could read, and I could cook dinner for my family by the time I was twelve. I love inventing last-bean-in-the-cupboard dinners and family recipes and fine cuisine. I love baking desserts as much as cooking. And I really love sharing recipes and teaching kitchen-phobic friends how to really enjoy cooking.
