Bake/Cook Frequency: Every day
Baking/Cooking Training: No formal training. Used to own a restaurant many years ago, but it was a beans & taters place. We sold a lot of plate lunches, burgers and ice cream since it was near the beach.
Favorite Food: Lobster anyway it is cooked. Raw oysters, shrimp, crab, fried chicken, pork chops and chili. I guess I am just a foodaholic!
Favorite Food Moment: We went out for dinner for my birthday and I ordered lobster. My granddaughter had never seen one, let alone eaten one. She asked for a taste. Well I just HAD to let her know that eating a lobster was WORK, so I have her a claw and the crackers. Should I tell you she ate the entire thing and I didn't get one more bite? It is now HER favorite food!
Favorite Cooking Word: Boil....since that's what I do every time I try and make a decent biscuit!

Interests: Needless to say I am into everything my granddaughter is into. In addition, I love to play on the computer and COOK, COOK, COOK.
Languages: Only English. I have forgotten both the Spanish and French I took in school.
Books: I used to be an avid reader, but don't have time for it now.
Music: I love Blues music and 50's-60's-70's R&R.
TV/Movies: All the CSI, Cold Case shows. I guess my favorite movie of all time has to be The Green Mile, but I love a lot of them.
Travel: I've been all over the US and much of Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean. Our dream is to go to Alaska one day.
Clubs: Who has time?
