I have just discovered my love of cooking! I grew up on meals made from boxes and mixes, so I'm just starting to learn a lot of the basics, but think I'm doing a good job! :D My significant other is diabetic, so I'm doing my best to make sure the recipes are as healthy, yet tasty, as possible.
