You're so very welcome! I have to admit I'm quite addicted to it, myself! Be sure to try it toasted for breakfast...I think I could just gobble up a whole loaf in the course of a day, if I wasn't careful; not to mention the BUTTER to slather on it...yikes! Good luck with the parmesan/prosciutto bread experiment, I'm following all the comments; I'm sure with all the expert advice, it'll finally pan out (...get it? I made a pun..."Pan" out??!!)
